Product characteristics
Using water as disperse medium, no solvent pollution, green and environment protection.Clear and colorless, the coating will not change the original decorative effect, without yellowing, and dust free.Heat-resisting, oxidation tolerant, resistant to chemical erosion and adaptable to temperature(-20°C~-80°C)The coating has excellent Physical and mechanical performance which can adapt to deformation or crack in some certain extent.Cold construction, easy to construction, safety and dependable.
Application scope
–Can be widely use in the Leak-proof and anti-seepage of building exterior wall
–Can be used in the sealed waterproof of the junction of different facing materials.
Construction point
•The treatment of grassroots
The grassroots should be smooth, dry and clean. Before construction dust, stain and rust should move away so as to make sure the waterproof material can firmly paste with base surface.
•Panting
It can construct with brushes or rollers, adapting automatic spray application when do large-scale construction.
The second construction should only after the first construction is dry.
Do suggest use with HX-628F Organic Silicon Water Repellent, it has a better effect by using them together.The construction points as below: After the HX-618F Transparent Exterior Wall Elastic Waterproof Glue completely dry and solid paint or spray HX-628F Organic Silicon Water Repellent on it. The Dilution ratio is HX-618F: water=1:10~12.
Package and storage
1.Plastic barrels sealed packaging, 1kg/pail, 5kg/pail, 20kg/pail.
2.Be storage in cool dry place, against sunshine and frozen. Since the day of production the expiry time is 12 months. It can still be used if it beyond the expiry time while it’s tested qualified.

Notices
1. Construction temperature should be above 5 oC. Open-air project avoid rainy days or damp weather.
2. The construction tool, especially the spry application should be cleaned directly after the construction is finished so as to avoid the construction applications damage by the plugging of dried and solidified materials.
