Product characteristics

Application scope

Can be widely use in the sealed waterproof and corrosion protection of concrete structures, such as basement, lavatory, tunnel, dam, pool, watering place and sewage treatment pond.

 

Construction points

–The treatment of grassroots

 the grassroots should be smooth, sound and clean, no accumulating water, no dust, and no stain. The construction of dry base surface should do only after spraying water.

–Burdening

ratio according regulation (HX-SJ: water 1:0.25~0.3, weight ratio), exact measure. Put HX-SJ into the mixing materials container then add water non-pollution water into it and stir by hand if it’s small quantity, use motor stirrer (300~450r/min) about 5 minute if it’s large quantity. The blend materials should be used up in 20 minutes. The use amount of material is 1.0~1.5kg per square centimetre.

–Construction

can be construction by scraping, rolling or plastering, but should assure that no leak painting, no stacking and no repeating painting. The second construction should only after the first construction is dry for 24 hours and the base surface has been wetting by water. When the last progress is finished it reaches the demand thickness.

–Maintenance

spray water when the coating get initial setting, 3~4times each day, little more times at hot or dry day, the spry should last for 5 days. The construction in inner room or wet condition needn’t do the maintenance.

Notice

Construction temperature should be above 5 oC. Open-air project avoid rainy days or avoid high temperature construction which suggest construction in the morning or evening.Make protection layer above the waterproof layer if people or vehicle should pass through it. Do not construct limy mortar above the waterproof layer.After the construction of the back surface of water it should be more than 10 days for the hardening of the waterproof layer or it can not be put under hydrostatic pressure.
